I unexpectedly found myself outside Atlanta this week.

When a schedule slips, sometimes you have to get on a plane and talk to the customer in person.

AI can’t do that.

On a side note, if you’re ever in Alpharetta, GA, I highly suggest you stop at Kilwin’s for some butter pecan and peach cobbler ice cream.

I wanted to update you on the AI Post-mortem tools I’m building.

It’s gotten significantly more complex but also significantly more powerful.

I’m excited to share it with you after some more refinement.

Learning” low-code” has been challenging, but I’ve used AI as a coding assistant.

Not only am I making lightning-fast progress, but I’m also learning a lot along the way.

(As a reminder, my tech stack for this build is Make, Airtable, Claude, Google Drive, and Google Docs.)

I enjoy taking on new and complex challenges. And I certainly don’t think what I’m building will be ready for an enterprise deployment anytime soon.

So, if you’re looking to build out more complex, larger-scale AI tools for your organization, perhaps working with a custom AI design firm might be the route you want to take.

In the meantime, stay curious. Keep building. Keep learning.
