I give a lot of PowerPoint presentations in my daily work. I’m guessing you do, too.

I like giving presentations. I gave one today. But I don’t like preparing slide decks.

Especially one-off slide decks for very specific audiences (e.g. for one small group of stakeholders, for one specific meeting), which is a high percentage.

Most of these presentations aren’t original thought leadership but rather telling the weather.

AI is great at telling the weather, especially when it’s given a weather report and strict instructions to only report the weather it’s been given.

A few months ago, I stumbled across a tool called Gamma that has 10x’d (clichéd, I know, but stay with me) the speed at which I create presentations.

The workflow looks like this ⤵️

1. Paste or import your information.

1. Then edit (always edit AI!), download, present, and receive a standing ovation 👏 !

That’s literally it. A full presentation, graphics, and formatting, downloadable in about 2 minutes.
